- One account per person. Duplicate accounts or fake numbers may be disabled without notice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, redistribute or sell NoteGuru Odisha content in bulk;

- upload malicious code, spam, or offensive content anywhere on the Service;
- impersonate another person, teacher, admin or organisation;

6. Admin panel & uploads
Only authorised NoteGuru administrators can upload HTML notes to the platform. Unauthorised access attempts to the admin panel are logged and may result in legal action.
7. Termination
We may suspend, disable or delete any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice. You may delete your own account at any time by contacting us at the details on this page.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or specific exam outcomes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoteGuru Odisha, its founders, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
