1. NoteGuru Odisha is free
Our core learning experience is 100% free. Reading chapters, using the smart reader, bookmarking, night mode, dashboard, PWA offline reading and everything you see today does not require any payment. Since no payment is taken, no refund is needed.
2. Optional premium features (future)
If in the future NoteGuru Odisha introduces optional paid premium features (for example, downloadable PDF worksheets, printed booklets, or advanced doubt-solving assistance), this policy will apply:
a) 7-day refund window
- You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of a paid transaction, provided you have not consumed a material portion of the paid feature (for example, downloaded the majority of the paid content).
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.
b) Non-refundable cases
- Requests made after the 7-day window has passed.
- Refund requests where the paid feature has been fully used or downloaded.
- Accounts that were suspended for violating our Terms & Conditions (e.g., fraud, misuse, bulk redistribution).
- Change of mind after clearly consuming the benefit of the purchase.
c) Subscription cancellations
- You can cancel a recurring subscription any time from your profile settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access will continue until the end of the paid period.
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partially used subscription periods, unless required by law.
3. How to request a refund

- Reason for the refund

4. Payment gateway fees
If any payment gateway or bank charges a non-refundable transaction fee, that portion will be deducted from the refund amount. We will always show you the exact refundable amount before processing.

Please talk to us first — we resolve most disputes within a day. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in your account being temporarily suspended pending investigation.
